| Been back in South Carolina for school since August 16th. Womp Womp. I DESPISE this piece of shit state. I only come here because I love the school I go to.
Moved out of the dorms and in to a townhouse in University Park this year. Living with Sam, Travis and Tom. Living with Sam is great. I can't believe in January we will be dating for 6 years!! It's fucking crazy. Sam has a new turtle named Stanley. I got a ten gallon tank with abut ten fish in it. Sam hooked me up with a filter and everything so its nice and professional looking lol.
It's been so long since I wrote in here! like usual haha.

| WOWWWWW I don't know why I get in to those little patches where I don't write here, it really makes me sad though lol. Usually everyday I think about writing in here but honestly I have been studying and stuff so much I just don't have time. But now the semester is winding down and I am almost done with all my big projects so I will have time to write. :]
Not much exciting has happened since I last wrote. Sam and I have been really good lately. I feel like we had a period of stress but now everything is so easy and it's amazing. I love him so much. He always wants to make sure I am feeling happy because he knows how much I miss home, and whenever I miss home he sleeps with me and it makes me feel so better because I always feel so alone here. It's just strange living on your own, like I have roommates, but it's not the same as living with family.
My Uncle Neil came down exactly two weeks ago to surprise my Grandma for her birthday! My Aunt Chris and I were the only ones who knew!! Well Sam knew too lol. So two Fridays ago I picked him up at the Savannah airport at like 11:30 at night lol. He scared the shit out of my Grandparents when we got there haha. The next day Sam and I treated everyone to dinner at Aqua Grille on Hilton Head. Super expensive. Good steak though lol.
Thanksgiving break starts on Wednesday, and honestly, it can't come fast enough. I wish I was going home though. Sam and I are going with my Grandparents to Tampa, FL to my step-cousins Kim and Kyleen's house. It should be fun. The Rangers are playing the Lightening on Wednesday night so as Sam's 20th birthday present from my Grandparents they got us tickets!! So we will be driving down on Wednesday morning and going to the game on Wednesday night!!
We are flying home on December 11th, the day before Sam's birthday, and I am SOOO FUCKING EXCITED!!! I am seriously so stressed out and so anxious to get home. It's really all I think about. I need to sleep in my bed, and see my family, and cuddle with my dog. Words can't even explain how explain how anxious I am to get home. I will probably cry right when I walk in the door because I will be so relieved to get home!!
My Mom told me they are waiting to get the Christmas tree until the weekend I get home :] and my Mom is also waiting to make cookies until I get home!
Speaking of Christmas, I started shopping today! I ordered Sam's birthday present and some of his Christmas presents online today and had it sent to the house! I didn't realize how soon it his birthday is, good thing I thought about it. Our flight is 5 o'clock on the 11th so I wouldn't even have time to go to the mall the day before if I hadn't found a present lol.
Sam and I also went to Savannah today to go Christmas shopping. It was so nice to get out of the dorms. We went to the Oglethorpe mall after my class and I got Eric a present. I can't say what presents I got incase they read it lol. Then we split a cinnamon and sugar pretzel which was super yummy. I hadn't had one in a long time. I also went and paid my Victora's Secret bill.
Nothing exciting will be going on this weekend. I have an annotated bibliography that is due on Monday for English. I got all my books already so it's just a matter of writing it down, should only take me 2 or 3 hours. I also have to write the methods section for my Research Methods in Psychology class and that is due on Tuesday, but after Tuesday I am done with school!! My math class was canceled for this Monday because Dr. Reynolds is going away for Thanksgiving. I am so happy it is canceled, I have not missed a single math class this semester because I don't want to fall behind. He had a makeup class for this class he is canceling a couple weeks ago which I went to. It will be nice to not have to wake up early on a monday, since my english class doesn't start until 12:15 I will be able to sleep in.
Right now Sam, Travis and I are sitting here watching Survivor Man on the Discovery Channel. Their roommate Ben is also here but we are anxious for him to leave because he is rude and doesn't do shit around the apartment. He hasn't even gone food shopping since the first week we moved in. | | |
| So the weekend wasn't as interesting as the weather channel said it would be lol. I packed up a bunch of stuff and slept at Sam's apartment. There was some rain, nothing crazy. The wind never hit 100 mph like it was supposed to. Oh well, we still got off of school on Friday!!
Saturday, when it was supposed to be so shitty out, it was bright and sunny so Sam and I went in to Savannah with Travis! We went with Travis to a hobby shop, then we all went out to eat at a restaurant on River Street. After that we went to a place called Planet 3, which is like a head shop thing and also a piercing place. Sam bought a blue hookah!! it is really cool. It lights up and stuff too.
After we came back from Savannah we all watched some more of the office season 4!! I love the office. Sam and I bought the season 4 right before Hannah because we wanted to have something to watch if we finished season 3 and were stuck inside. I couldn't sleep Saturday night, I went to sleep around 4. It sucked.
Sunday morning at like 9 in the morning Eric called to tell me his hamster Caboose died the night before :[ It made me cry for awhile. It just sucks, like even though most everyone will be like oh its just a hamster but it was still something me and Eric took care of and it was sad to see it go, especially since I couldn't be there. My hamster Giraffe died about a month ago, they were sisters and lived in the same cage. So we think Caboose just died from that "broken heart syndrome" thing, because Eric said she was seeming fine. She was probably just lonely. But they both had good lives and I will miss them a lot. :[ RIP girlies.
Yesterday I didn't do too much. I showered and then Sam and I went to my Grandparent's house for a super good ham dinner! Then we came back and I went to Sam's apartment and hung out with him and his roommates. At 9 I came back to my apartment so I could watch the VMA's and do my homework. THEY SUCKED SOOO BAD!! They seem to just be getting worse every year!! Britney Spears won 3 awards?! FOR WHAT!! The Jonas Brothers should have at least won one, I am not a Jonas Brothers fan, well I don't hate them, but still.. they are very well behaved, talented, everyone likes them. This year was their big year, they had a lot of success, and all you heard from Britney Spears was drama and worthless bullshit. But I guess that is what sells, so MTV is just making money.
Today I was in class all day. Noting too hard. The science building had a very strange smell to it today though.. they were probably dissecting something. EW!

| So it has been an interesting week or so since I last wrote!
Last week I went out to the island with my roommates Beth, Neshelle and Adri for some coldstone!!! It was pretty fun! It was nice getting to bond with everyone alittle bit. I have just really been hanging out, doing lots of homework. This week has been alittle strange though...
Hurricane Hannah was set to hit Savannah and Hilton Head Island, where my school is lol. So all throughout the week we were told to be ready to evacuate blah blah blah. Then the storm forecast said it will hit above us, and is now a tropical storm. So everyone went about their business (because the school kept emailing us and texting us saying classes would continue like normal) until this morning. I woke up to go to class and got a text saying classes were canceled, everyone was to be in shelter by 12 noon.CRAZY!!
So I packed up my duffel bag, and came to Sam's apartment!! lol. All my other roommates went home, so I'm not going to sit there alone!! hahaha. So now me, Sam and Travis have been watching The Office, and I have been watching them play video games!! lol. We're just waiting out the storm. Alot of people have gone home, the parking lot is empty!! I went and parked my car in my grandmas neighbors garage to make sure it would be okay lol.
So... THE OFFICE!!! I have become OBSESSED WITH THIS SHOW!! Through out the past week and a half I have bought EVERY season and watched it lol. Well season 4 came out on the 2nd and I bought that today with Sam so we would have something to watch during the storm! loll We just finished watching season 3 about an hour ago!! So Sam and Travis are taking a video game break then eventually we can start season 4. It came with a script!! lol. Season three was probably my favorite, I have seen season 4 so I know what happens, but I like watching Jim and Pam start to get together!! It is so cute!!! lol
I was supposed to go get my oil changed for the first time in Savannah on Thursday, but I ended up going on Wednesday because they were able to squeeze me in because they knew school may have evacuated on Thursday. They told me at 2 that I had to be there at 230, so I made a 50 minute trip in 30 minutes hahahaha. I got there at 235. It was amazing, I can't believe I didn't get a ticket. I passed like a thousand people hahaha. After getting my oil changed I went to Oglethorpe Mall. I didn't really see anything so I got a frappachino and season 3 of the office hahaha.
So right now not much is going on. I have some homework I should be doing but I don't feel like it. It is raining hard on and off.

| Back at school... whatever. haha. I am not really excited about being here. All I can say at least my roommate situation is WAY fucking better then it was last year. Beth is in the room directly next to mine, and we share a bedroom. Neshelle and Adri are on the other side of the apartment. Adri is from Brazil! I thought that was pretty cool lol. I don't feel like a sophomore in college.. I still feel like I should be waking up at 6 every morning to go to good ole MTHS. Oh well. The only complaint I have about this year is the only silverware that we have is the stuff that was left from last year. But I am not buying more, because majority of the stuff in the kitchen is mine. Plates, bowls, mugs, cups, salad plates, serving platter, place mats, a brita filter, ice shot glasses (that shit is awesome, I suggest everyone buy one.. I got mine at urban outfitters), pots, pans, 20 piece tupperware set, garbage, bags, scrubbing things to clean dishes with, and so much more. I am not making my rents spend any more on this.
My room is set up pretty much the same as last year, it seems like I have a lot less clutter though.. which is always good. The only thing really different is my room is backwards from last year. Right now the only thing I have on my walls is a "Garden State" movie poster, so awesome. But yesterday I ordered a Michael Phelps poster!! So hot. Its a poster size version of his cover on Sports Illustrated. I also ordered a GTI banner that my dad found on Ebay. I should have had it before I left though, so I am going to have to call Ebay soon probably because my parents said it still hasn't come, its been almost 20 days. I have some pictures of my room but I will post them when I get it all together with the new posters and such.
Class started on thursday, it has been pretty easy. Mondays and Wednesdays are my hardest days, I have 3 classes all in a row from 10-3. Tuesdays and Thursdays I have psych research class at 10:50-12:05, and Fridays I have composition lab at 12:15-1:30. This friday I don't have class though, because my professor is going away for the long weekend. Which means I get a 4 day weekend because Labor day is on Monday!! HELLLLL YEAHHHHZ! lol.
I decided I am going to get a job this year. There is a restaurant in my Grandparent's development that is hiring part time people so I will probably go apply there on thursday or something. It is one of the club house restaurants so it is always busy. Hopefully I can work there because it is really close and I REALLY don't want to drive on to the island for work, there's always so many tourists and it pisses me off lol.
Today I had class in the morning, pretty easy. Then I came back and relaxed for a bit, then went to my Grandparents to say hi and grab some lunch lol. Then my Grandma came with me to Old Navy because I wanted to get a new pair of jeans, they're the only place around here that sells "short" jeans lol.Then I came back to school and did some homework, then I made a salad for dinner. Now I am here writing in this and procrastinating doing my homework. lol
I want to start working out, or running or something. I have to just start doing something. I am going to Mexico this coming July with my family and Steph's family.. so thats my goal to stop being a fatass. Blah.
I made an appointment to get my oil changed at VW in Savannah for next Thursday... I hope I don't forget hahaha. I told my Mom so hopefully she reminds me lol.
Well I guess its back to homework...
